Fees:
- 70% of the first month’s rent
- £150 setup & referencing fee
- £50 per additional tenant or guarantor

- Professional photography
- High-quality listings and property descriptions
- Promotion to our active tenant database
- Accompanied viewings with feedback after each appointment

- Collection of first month’s rent and transfer to landlord (less fees)
