  We find and secure a suitable tenant for your property, then hand over management once the tenancy begins.


Fees:

  • 70% of the first month’s rent 
  • £150 setup & referencing fee 
  • £50 per additional tenant or guarantor 


What’s included:

  • Free rental valuation and expert letting advice 
  • Full property marketing across major portals 
  • Professional photography 
  • High-quality listings and property descriptions 
  • Promotion to our active tenant database 
  • Accompanied viewings with feedback after each appointment 
  • Full tenant referencing and background checks 
  • Preparation of tenancy agreement 
  • Collection of first month’s rent and transfer to landlord (less fees) 
  • Deposit registration with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) 
  • Tenant check-in and move-in process
